Solid Surface Wall Cladding with TiO2
The walls are constructed of a non-porous, seamless, solid-surface material.
No sharp right angle corners which are impossible to clean but round corners with a radius large enough to be effectively and easily cleaned.
The walls are produced with nanoparticle photo-active titanium dioxide (TiO2) to prevent bacteriological contamination when exposed to full light spectrum.
Temperature Controlled HEPA filtered Airflow
The OR is ventilated with HEPA filtered conditioned airflow to create a clean and safe ISO 5 environment to prevent airborn contamination at the patient and instruments.
Unidirectional flow
is needed where the people and movements occur but clean air is also necessary to protect the sterility of instruments and equipment. As the entire OR is clean and usable, maximum space flexibility and size under ultra clean conditions are met.
Carcadian lighting
In the OR light fixtures are integrated in the ceiling of the OR. Those lights folow the daylight cycle to give the medical staff the feeling of the rhythm of a day. The colors of the lights can be changed when needed for medical treatment or other purposes.
Floor spots
Under the table extra spots are mounted in the floor. Those lights can help medical staff to install equipment under the tabel and help the anesthesiologist to check the patient during surgery.
ICT Platform
All data systems are integrated in the Maximuse ICT platform. This platform combines patient files, imaging software, camera’s, OR control, surgical checklists, entertainment, temperature, lighting, surgical lights and all other IT which is needed in an OR.
All Data systems are integrated with one IT protocol, it gives a user-interface with a 65” and a 25”touch screen for the medical staff.
Through the touch screen everything can be controlled. Visualisation of images is done on large 85”screens in the walls. Those screens can be devided (PIP) into multiple screens for different purposes.
The whole Data platform has a back-up for all systems. All data can be stored through the Maximuse ICT platform, or to the cloud.
Sterility
UV system providing 99,99% sterility of the room.
Maximuse is the first in the world who uses FAR UVC sterilization which is harmless for human beings.
